the writing...that's what's keeping it real for me too. xo
i have had similar thoughts while reading those two ladies lately...thoughts about how maybe writing it all out (all of it...all the thoughts in my little head that are lately causing me to feel like i might explode) might be the answer. to write out the dreams and fears and hopes and anger and on and on...yes, i might just take down that morning pages journal and start again.
