yes...i am that person...




that takes pictures of her apple pie...
BUT
it was the first apple pie i have ever baked
so that's gotta count for something, right?
and it was awful pretty...
so that's gotta count for something, too,
right?

any chance you have a good pumpkin pie recipe (that doesn't use canned pumpkin)? i would love to make some, but the british (and NZ'ers) are not big on it.

that, by all means, counts for something. something big and very sweet.

i confess i do it too. take pics of my home-baked goodies, i mean.

yesterday i tried out a spur-of-the-moment invention: apple, rhubarb and blackberry pie made with the fruits of our very own garden. it was eye-rollingly delicious. and yes, i do say so myself ;)
