ack.

wow.
time is flying by me
and i am finding it hard to get to the keyboard....

what have i been doing?

-knitting my first sad attempt at socks

-eating asparagus for the first time

-planning a new gym strategy, an attack on the winter weight

-reading past issues of gardening magazines
and dreaming about warm earth and seeds and flowers

-watching this movie which stayed in my head
for hours after....

-work, work, work, work, work. blah.

Did you like asparagus?

Did you like The Good Shepherd? (I know you said it stayed in your head, but did you like it?? I haven't seen it yet and can't quite decide if I want to or not.)

heehee...
i did like asparagus
:)

and i did like the good shepherd
although i found it a bit
slow in places
but i enjoyed it...
and then had oddly-somehow-related
dreams last night which
may be another reason why
it feels like it
"stayed in my head"
:)

i've been gyming (is that a word, it should be) for three weeks now and i have a lot more energy, such a good thing ...

its snowing here AGAIN but am dreaming of my first garden, soon ... : )

I have to agree with everyone about grilling asparagus. Yum! I also roast them in the oven. Roasted brussel sprouts are very good too, even though I hate them otherwise.

Glad you liked asparagus - it's a favorite of mine.

All of your activities taking you away from here are good, especially the gym strategy. I could use one of those.

love my garden although its a bit neglected, can't get enough asparagus, bit of a gym junkie but I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to attempt to knit a sock! Good luck, my best knit karma is with you....
